Cleaning – Perfect Cleanliness for the Highest Standards

Cleaning is the final, yet crucial step in our machining process. It ensures that the workpieces are not only functional but also absolutely clean and free of residues when delivered to our customers. With state-of-the-art technology and strict controls, we guarantee comprehensive cleanliness that meets the highest industrial standards.

Ultrasonic Cleaning:

Using ultrasonic waves, we place the workpieces in a cleaning bath where these waves remove even the finest particles and contaminants from hard-to-reach areas. This method ensures thorough and gentle cleaning of complex components without damaging their surfaces.

Steam Cleaning:

Steam cleaning is ideal for removing greases, oils, and other residues. By using hot steam, even stubborn contaminants are effectively dissolved, leaving the workpieces hygienically clean and ready for further use.

Cleanliness Inspection Under Black Light:

To ensure that even the smallest contaminants are eliminated, we inspect the workpieces visually under black light. This control allows us to identify the tiniest residues that would be invisible to the naked eye, guaranteeing top-tier cleanliness.

Cleanliness Classification:

Currently, we perform cleaning processes that meet Classification 6, ensuring excellent cleanliness for demanding applications. At the same time, we are actively working on expanding our equipment and training our team to soon meet the requirements of ISO Class 5, offering our customers even higher standards.
